Shipping Policies

Most orders placed by 2pm PST Monday – Friday will ship the next business day from San Diego, CA. Delivery can be delayed by additional order verification, product availability, and weather conditions. We are closed on all major holidays and do not ship on these days.

OVAN offers 4 shipping options for the USA: Standard USPS, 2-Day USPS, Priority Express, and Next Day FEDEX. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. All shipments are sent fully insured.

Free Shipping:

OVAN offers Free USPS standard shipping for US customers only.

OVAN offers Priority Mail 2-Day, and Priority Express Mail, and FEDEX next day shipping for an additional charge.

International Shipping:

OVAN offers 5 shipping options for International customers: First Class International Package, Priority Mail International USPS, International Ground (Canada only), FEDEX International Priority.

If you are ordering from outside the United States you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, or similar charges including VAT associated with your purchase. By placing your order you are agreeing that you will be responsible and will pay for all such amounts applicable.

Order Processing time:

Allow 48 hours for all orders to be processed with our warehouse accuracy.


Return and Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction and service. If you are not satisfied with your product, all web orders can be returned or exchanged within 21 calendar days of the original purchase. See specific disclaimers below.


Return Authorization (RA) Number required

All products being returned by mail must have a return authorization number in order for a prompt refund. Product must be returned within 30 days fo issuance of an RA number. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

21-Day Return Window

You must request a Return Authorization number within 21 days of the original purchase. Securely pack items, OVAN is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Missing Items or Damaged product

Items including; packaging, cases, micro-fiber bags, contents or accessories either missing or deemed “not sellable” will not be accepted for return.
