TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Ovan Eyewear, operated by Teleolli Oy (Business ID: 1106946-8, VAT No. FI11069468, Puistokatu 21, 08150 Lohja, Finland).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ORDERS
All products are sold subject to availability.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, but acknowledges that we have received it.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of technical errors, stock discrepancies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PAYMENT
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Stripe.

DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page.
While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified and provided with updated delivery information.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right:
The item must be returned within 14 days.
The product must be unused and in original condition.
Original packaging must be included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection, a deduction may be applied.
If a product is defective, all reasonable costs related to the return will be refunded.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
Uncollected shipments are not considered a valid withdrawal.
We reserve the right to charge up to €50 for return shipping and handling costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via  DHL depending on destination.
For deliveries outside the EU:
 Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
 Orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.

LIABILITY
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping disruptions, natural disasters, or technical issues.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Ovan Eyewear / Teleolli Oy and may not be used without permission.

PRIVACY

These terms are governed by Finnish law.
