Limited production

This product is part of a limited Ovan release. The Hatebreeder Edition was produced in 50 pieces, and availability may change as remaining pieces are sold.

Care

Rinse with water before wiping if the lenses are dusty. Clean with the included cloth. Avoid high heat, such as a car dashboard, and do not use harsh chemicals.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To withdraw from a purchase, use our online withdrawal form or contact us at info@ovaneyewear.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The returned edition must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.

Please return the eyewear complete with all edition components and carefully packed. This may include the packaging, certificate, care cloth, display components, signed material and other items listed on the product page.

You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the order.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us promptly at info@ovaneyewear.com before returning it. Because Ovan editions are micro-produced, an identical replacement may not always be available. In such cases, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Processing time

Orders are normally dispatched from Finland within 1–3 business days.

We will contact you if the dispatch of your order is expected to be materially delayed.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Finland: 3–5 business days
Europe, United Kingdom and Switzerland: 5–10 business days
North America: 5–7 business days
Asia, China, Oceania and South America: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, local customs processing, carrier delays and public holidays.

Available destinations, delivery methods and final shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping is applied automatically to eligible orders over €300.

Tracking

When tracking is available for the selected delivery method, you will receive a tracking link by email after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier to activate the tracking information.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries within the EU are not normally subject to customs duties.

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Ovan cannot determine or collect destination-specific import charges unless they are expressly included at checkout.

If a shipment is returned because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge the actual cost of reshipping the order.
