By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ORDERS
All products are sold subject to availability.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of technical errors, stock discrepancies, pricing errors, suspected misuse or other unforeseen circumstances.
Because Ovan editions are produced in limited quantities, availability may change quickly.
 
PAYMENT
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. Ovan does not store full payment card details.
 
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are shown in euros and include Finnish VAT where applicable.
Final shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
For deliveries outside the EU, the order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched from Finland within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by destination, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
If the dispatch of your order is expected to be materially delayed, we will contact you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To withdraw from a purchase, use our online withdrawal form or contact us at info@ovaneyewear.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

The returned edition must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
The right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective, incorrect or damaged.

RETURNS
Please return the eyewear complete with all edition components and carefully packed. This may include the packaging, certificate, care cloth, display components, signed material and other items listed on the product page.

You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be deducted from the refund.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the order when using the right of withdrawal.

Uncollected shipments are not considered a valid withdrawal. If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected, we may charge the actual reasonable costs caused by the return and any reshipping.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We will refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
Refunds will not incur additional payment charges from Ovan.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us promptly at info@ovaneyewear.com before returning it.

Because Ovan editions are micro-produced, an identical replacement may not always be available. In such cases, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

If a return is caused by a confirmed product defect, incorrect item or transport damage, Ovan will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

LIMITED EDITIONS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Ovan editions are produced in limited quantities. The same edition is not reproduced later in the same frame model.

Product images, descriptions, edition details and availability are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color, finish or packaging presentation may occur depending on screen settings, production characteristics or photography.

Edition-specific components are listed on the relevant product page.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, text, design, product presentation and edition concepts, is the property of Ovan Eyewear / Teleolli Oy or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

PRIVACY
Information on how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

LIABILITY
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, technical issues or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Finnish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with Ovan, consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, where applicable, refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is no longer available.
