Limited production
The Mohawk Edition is limited to 125 pieces worldwide. Once the edition is gone, it will not be reproduced in the same frame model again.

Care
Rinse off dust with clean water before wiping. Clean the lenses with the included care cloth. Avoid high temperatures, including car dashboards, and harsh chemicals.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, contact us at info@ovaneyewear.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel the purchase.

The returned edition must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice. Please return the eyewear complete with all edition components and carefully packed. You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be deducted from the refund.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the order. If the purchase is cancelled, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from an upgraded or express delivery method are not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise defective, contact us promptly at info@ovaneyewear.com. Ovan is responsible for product defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Because Ovan editions are micro-produced, an identical replacement may not always be available. If replacement is not possible, we will provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Processing

Orders are normally dispatched from Finland within 1–3 business days. We will contact you if the dispatch of your order is expected to be materially delayed.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Finland: 3–5 business days
Europe, United Kingdom and Switzerland: 5–10 business days
North America: 5–7 business days
Asia, China, Oceania and South America: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, local customs processing, carrier delays and public holidays.

Shipping methods and tracking

Available destinations, delivery methods and final shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. When tracking is available for the selected delivery method, you will receive a tracking link by email after the order has been dispatched.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries within the EU are not normally subject to customs duties. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing the order. If a shipment is returned because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge the actual cost of reshipping the order.
